Rich, savory, and ridiculously satisfying. This pasta delivers crispy bacon, golden mushrooms, and a silky cream sauce that clings to every strand. One bite = instant calm.
🍝 300 g pasta (fusilli, penne, tagliatelle – your choice)
🥓 150 g smoked bacon (cut into thin strips)
🍄 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
🧄 1 garlic clove (minced)
🧈 1 tbsp butter
🥛 200 ml cooking cream
🧀 50 g grated Parmesan (or similar hard cheese)
🌿 Chopped parsley to garnish
🧂 Salt & pepper to taste
1️⃣ Cook the 🍝 pasta in salted water until al dente.
2️⃣ In a dry skillet, fry the 🥓 bacon until crispy. Set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, add 🧈 butter and sauté 🍄 mushrooms with 🧄 garlic until golden.
4️⃣ Add 🥛 cream and 🧀 Parmesan. Stir until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
5️⃣ Toss in the pasta and half the bacon – coat everything well.
6️⃣ Plate and top with the rest of the bacon and a sprinkle of 🌿 parsley.
