Ingredients

• 🍝 300 g pasta (fusilli, penne, tagliatelle – your choice)
• 🥓 150 g smoked bacon (cut into thin strips)
• 🍄 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
• 🧄 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 🧈 1 tbsp butter dairy
• 🥛 200 ml cooking cream dairy
• 🧀 50 g grated Parmesan (or similar hard cheese) dairy
• 🌿 Chopped parsley to garnish
• 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

• 1 Cook the 🍝 pasta in salted water until al dente.
• 2 In a dry skillet, fry the 🥓 bacon until crispy. Set aside.
• 3 In the same pan, add 🧈 butter and sauté 🍄 mushrooms with 🧄 garlic until golden.
• 4 Add 🥛 cream and 🧀 Parmesan. Stir until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
• 5 Toss in the pasta and half the bacon – coat everything well.
• 6 Plate and top with the rest of the bacon and a sprinkle of 🌿 parsley.
