A bright Korean cafe spritz made with omija cheong, lemon, and ice cold sparkling water, ruby, crisp, and clean, like a premium zero proof cocktail in one glass.

Ingredients
- Spritz
- π 60 g omija cheong, Korean schisandra syrup (3 tbsp / 2.1 oz)
- π 15 ml fresh lemon juice (1 tbsp / 0.5 fl oz)
- π«§ 300 ml very cold sparkling water (1ΒΌ cups / 10 fl oz)
- π§ 220 g ice cubes (about 1ΒΎ cups / 7.8 oz)
- Optional premium finish
- π 1 lemon wheel (1)
- πΏ 2 g mint leaves (6β8 leaves / 0.07 oz)
- π§ 1 pinch fine sea salt (1 pinch)
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Chill the glass
- Fill a tall glass with ice for 30 sec, then pour off any meltwater so the drink stays sharp. π§
- 2οΈβ£ Build the base
- Add omija cheong and lemon juice to the bottom of the glass and stir until glossy. π
- 3οΈβ£ Add fresh ice
- Refill with fresh ice so the spritz stays cold and clean, not diluted. π§
- 4οΈβ£ Pour the sparkle
- Slowly pour in sparkling water in a thin stream to keep maximum fizz. π«§

- Give one gentle stir only, just enough to lift the ruby syrup through the bubbles. π₯
