Crispy edges. Fudgy center. And when you break it — molten chocolate flows out like a dream. This is what happens when a brownie and a lava cake fall in love. Made in one bowl. No mixer. 100% crave.
🍫 200g dark chocolate
🧈 100g butter
🍬 120g sugar
🥚 2 eggs + 1 yolk
🌾 40g flour
🌸 1 tsp vanilla
🧂 Pinch of salt
🧁 Optional: scoop of vanilla ice cream to serve
1. 🔥 Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Grease 4 ramekins or muffin molds.
2. 🧈 Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
3. 🥄 Stir in sugar, then eggs one by one, vanilla, and salt.
4. 🌾 Fold in flour gently.
5. 🧁 Pour into molds, filling ¾. Chill 10 minutes in freezer for max effect.
6. 🔥 Bake 9–11 minutes. Edges should set, center jiggly.
7. ❄️ Rest 2 minutes. Flip, dust with sugar, serve warm.
