Ingredients
π« 200g dark chocolate
π§ 100g butter
π¬ 120g sugar
π₯ 2 eggs + 1 yolk
πΎ 40g flour
πΈ 1 tsp vanilla
π§ Pinch of salt
π§ Optional: scoop of vanilla ice cream to serve
Preparation
1. π₯ Preheat oven to 200Β°C (390Β°F). Grease 4 ramekins or muffin molds.
2. π§ Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
3. π₯ Stir in sugar, then eggs one by one, vanilla, and salt.
4. πΎ Fold in flour gently.
5. π§ Pour into molds, filling ΒΎ. Chill 10 minutes in freezer for max effect.
6. π₯ Bake 9β11 minutes. Edges should set, center jiggly.
