Ingredients

• 🍫 200g dark chocolate
• 🧈 100g butter
• 🍬 120g sugar
• 🥚 2 eggs + 1 yolk
• 🌾 40g flour
• 🌸 1 tsp vanilla
• 🧂 Pinch of salt
• 🧁 Optional: scoop of vanilla ice cream to serve

Preparation

• 1 🔥 Preheat oven to 200°C (390°F). Grease 4 ramekins or muffin molds.
• 2 🧈 Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth. Let cool slightly.
• 3 🥄 Stir in sugar, then eggs one by one, vanilla, and salt.
• 4 🌾 Fold in flour gently.
• 5 🧁 Pour into molds, filling ¾. Chill 10 minutes in freezer for max effect.
• 6 🔥 Bake 9–11 minutes. Edges should set, center jiggly.
• 7 ❄ Rest 2 minutes. Flip, dust with sugar, serve warm.
