- Marinade
- π₯£ 90 ml soy sauce (6 tbsp / 3 fl oz)
- π 120 g Asian pear, grated (Β½ cup / 4.2 oz)
- π― 30 ml honey or sugar syrup (2 tbsp / 1 fl oz)
- π 15 ml rice vinegar (1 tbsp / 0.5 fl oz)
- π§ 18 g garlic, minced (6 cloves / 0.6 oz)
- π« 6 g ginger, minced (2 tsp / 0.2 oz)
- π€ 15 ml toasted sesame oil (1 tbsp / 0.5 fl oz)
- πΆοΈ 1 g black pepper (ΒΌ tsp / 0.04 oz)

Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Chill and separate the beef
- If beef is not paper thin, freeze it 20 min, then slice as thin as possible and separate the slices so they marinate evenly. π₯©
