- π₯ 300 g ripe mango flesh, chilled or frozen (2 cups / 10.6 oz)
- π₯₯ 250 ml coconut milk, full fat (1 cup / 8.5 fl oz)
- π₯ 150 ml cold milk or coconut water (β
cup / 5 fl oz)
- π― 15 ml honey or sugar syrup (1 tbsp / 0.5 fl oz)
- π 10 ml lime juice (2 tsp / 0.34 fl oz)
- π§ 1 g fine sea salt (ΒΌ tsp / 0.04 oz)
- π§ 200 g ice cubes (about 1Β½ cups / 7 oz)
- Finish
- π₯₯ 20 g toasted coconut flakes, optional (ΒΌ cup / 0.7 oz)
- πΏ 2 g mint, optional (6β8 leaves / 0.07 oz)
- π₯ 60 g diced mango, optional (Β½ cup / 2.1 oz)
Preparation
- 1οΈβ£ Chill the glass
- Fill a tall glass with ice for 30 sec, then discard any meltwater so the smoothie stays thick. π§
- 2οΈβ£ Blend silky
- Blend mango, coconut milk, milk or coconut water, honey or syrup, lime juice, salt, and ice for 25β30 sec until glossy and smooth. π₯
- 3οΈβ£ Adjust texture
- If too thick, add 30 ml (2 tbsp / 1 fl oz) milk and blend 5 sec, if too thin, add 3β4 ice cubes and blend 5 sec. π₯₯
