A perfect plant-based treat for when you need something sweet and satisfying.
Ingredients
- 🥄 250 g flour
- 🍫 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 🍬 150 g sugar
- 🧁 1 packet baking powder
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- ☕ 100 ml strong black coffee (cooled)
- 💧 150 ml sparkling water
- 🫒 50 ml oil
- 🌰 50 g ground walnuts
- 🍫 Optional: a few squares of vegan dark chocolate for topping
Preparation
- 1️⃣ In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt, walnuts.
- 2️⃣ Add ☕ coffee, 💧 sparkling water, and 🫒 oil. Stir until smooth.
- 3️⃣ Pour into a greased and floured baking dish (about 20x20 cm).
- 4️⃣ Top with pieces of 🍫 dark chocolate if desired.
- 5️⃣ Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25–30 minutes.
- 6️⃣ Let cool and cut into squares.
