Rich, moist, and made with zero dairy or eggs β just bold flavors and soft texture.
A perfect plant-based treat for when you need something sweet and satisfying.
Ingredients
π₯ 250 g flour
π« 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
π¬ 150 g sugar
π§ 1 packet baking powder
π§ Pinch of salt
β 100 ml strong black coffee (cooled)
π§ 150 ml sparkling water
π« 50 ml oil
π° 50 g ground walnuts
π« Optional: a few squares of vegan dark chocolate for topping
Preparation
1οΈβ£ In a bowl, mix the dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, salt, walnuts.
2οΈβ£ Add β coffee, π§ sparkling water, and π« oil. Stir until smooth.
3οΈβ£ Pour into a greased and floured baking dish (about 20x20 cm).
4οΈβ£ Top with pieces of π« dark chocolate if desired.
5οΈβ£ Bake at 180Β°C (356Β°F) for 25β30 minutes.
6οΈβ£ Let cool and cut into squares.
