- 🥥 120 ml coconut milk (½ cup / 4 fl oz)
- 🥣 20 ml soy sauce (1 tbsp + 1 tsp / 0.7 fl oz)
- 🌴 15 g palm sugar (1 tbsp / 0.5 oz)
- 🌶️ 5 g chili paste (1 tsp / 0.18 oz)
- 🍋 15 ml lime juice (1 tbsp / 0.5 fl oz)
Preparation

- Mix coconut milk, garlic, ginger, turmeric, soy sauce, salt, and palm sugar, then coat the chicken strips and marinate 30 min. 🍗
