- π§ 18 g garlic, finely chopped (6 cloves / 0.63 oz)

300 g crushed tomatoes or finely chopped ripe tomatoes (1ΒΌ cups / 10.6 oz)
- π· 120 ml dry white wine (Β½ cup / 4 fl oz)
- π₯ 20 g breadcrumbs (ΒΌ cup / 0.7 oz)
- πΆοΈ 3 g sweet paprika (1Β½ tsp / 0.1 oz)
- πΆοΈ 1 g chili flakes, optional (Β½ tsp / 0.04 oz)

Preparation

- Pat the shrimp dry. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Let them rest for 10 min while you prepare the sauce base.
- 2οΈβ£ Start the garlic oil π§
- Warm olive oil in a wide heavy pan over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for 45 sec until fragrant, but do not let it brown.

- Add crushed tomatoes, white wine, breadcrumbs, sweet paprika, chili flakes if using, salt, and black pepper. Stir well and simmer for 8 min until the sauce becomes glossy and slightly thick.
