Creamy yogurt, bold garlic, and a whisper of lemon made it unforgettable. Grandma served it in coffee cups, but it always vanished before the meat did.
Ingredients
- 🧄 3 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 🥣 200 ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) plain yogurt
- 🥄 2 tbsp mayonnaise (optional, for extra richness)
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
- 🧂 Salt to taste
- 🌿 Fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)
Preparation
