🍑🥄 Grandma’s No-Bake Peach Cream Cups (Vegan, Light, and Sunshine-Sweet)

These little cups are grandma’s way of saying: “Yes, dessert – but let’s not sweat.” Fresh peaches, coconut cream, and a hint of maple syrup turn into the kind of treat you keep going back to with a spoon… straight from the fridge. Cold, creamy, and done in 10 minutes. No oven. No stress.

Ingredients

🍑 2 ripe peaches (about 300 g / 10.5 oz), diced

🥥 200 ml (3/4 cup + 1 tbsp) coconut cream (chilled)

🍯 1 tbsp maple syrup or agave

🍋 1/2 tsp lemon juice

🌿 Fresh mint or crushed nuts (optional, for topping)

Preparation

1️⃣ Dice 🍑 peaches and set aside a few slices for topping.

2️⃣ In a bowl, whip 🥥 coconut cream with 🍯 syrup and 🍋 lemon juice until fluffy.

3️⃣ Layer cream and peaches in serving glasses.

4️⃣ Chill 20 minutes or more.

5️⃣ Top with 🍑 peach slices and 🌿 mint or nuts before serving.
