Description
Fresh mushrooms and crispy bok choy quickly stir-fried in a fragrant garlic-ginger sauce 🌿🍄. Healthy, light, and satisfying—ideal for a flavorful fasting meal or quick vegetarian dish.
Ingredients
🍄 250 g shiitake mushrooms, sliced (8.8 oz)
🥬 300 g bok choy, roughly chopped (10.5 oz)
🧄 2 garlic cloves, minced
🫚 6 g fresh ginger, grated (1 tbsp)
🥢 30 ml soy sauce (2 tbsp)
🌿 10 ml sesame oil (2 tsp)
🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
🌶 Optional: chili flakes for extra heat
Preparation
1️⃣ Heat sesame oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
3️⃣ Add mushrooms, stir-fry for 3 minutes until soft.
4️⃣ Add bok choy and soy sauce, stir-fry for another 3–4 minutes until crisp-tender.
5️⃣ Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes (optional). Serve hot 🍄🥢.
