🥛 Cold milk (dairy or almond milk): 400 ml (1⅔ cups / 13.5 fl oz)
🍦 Plain yogurt or vanilla ice cream (optional, richer): 60 g (¼ cup / 2.1 oz)
🍯 Honey or jaggery (optional, only if needed): 1–2 tsp (5–10 ml)
🌿 Ground cardamom or cinnamon: ¼ tsp (0.8 g)

Preparation
