Ingredients
π₯ 500g store-bought gnocchi (uncooked)
π 400g canned crushed tomatoes
π§ 2 cloves garlic, minced
πΏ 1 tsp dried oregano
π§ Salt & pepper, to taste
π§ 200g mozzarella, torn into chunks
π« 2 tbsp olive oil
π± Fresh basil, for serving
Preparation
1οΈβ£ Preheat oven to 200Β°C (390Β°F).
2οΈβ£ In a baking dish, combine uncooked gnocchi, crushed tomatoes, π§ garlic, π§ seasoning, πΏ oregano, and π« olive oil. Mix well.
3οΈβ£ Add half the π§ mozzarella and stir again.
4οΈβ£ Top with remaining mozzarella. Cover with foil.
5οΈβ£ Bake for 20 min, then uncover and bake 5 more min until golden and bubbling.
