Ingredients
🌾 60 ml light soy sauce (4 tbsp)
🧂 15 ml dark soy sauce (1 tbsp)
🍯 10 g brown sugar (2 tsp)
🫙 10 ml rice vinegar (2 tsp)
🧄 1 garlic clove, finely grated
🫚 5 g fresh ginger, finely grated (1 tsp)
🌽 5 g cornstarch (1 tsp)
💧 100 ml water (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
🌻 5 ml sesame oil (1 tsp)
Preparation
