Ingredients
🧊 Ice cubes
🥃 60 ml tequila blanco (2 oz)
🍈 15 ml fresh lime juice (1 tbsp)
🍊 60 ml fresh grapefruit juice (¼ cup)
🧃 60 ml grapefruit soda or sparkling water (¼ cup)
🍯 5 ml agave syrup (1 tsp, optional for sweetness)
🧂 Coarse salt for rimming
🍊 Grapefruit wedge for garnish
Preparation
1️⃣ Rim glass: Rub the rim of a highball glass with lime and dip in salt.
2️⃣ Shake base: In a shaker, combine tequila, lime juice, grapefruit juice, and agave. Shake with ice.
