Ingredients

  • 🍐 200 g Asian pear, peeled and chopped (1 ½ cups)
  • 🫚 5 g fresh ginger, grated (1 tsp)
  • 🥛 200 ml unsweetened almond milk (¾ cup)
  • 🍯 10 ml honey (2 tsp)
  • 🍋 5 ml lime juice (1 tsp)
  • 🧊 120 ml ice cubes (½ cup, about 6 cubes)
  • 🌿 Optional: fresh mint leaves for garnish

Preparation

  • 1️⃣ Add pear, ginger, almond milk, honey, lime juice, and ice to a blender.
  • 2️⃣ Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
