🟤 Tamarind concentrate (unsweetened): 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
🍋 Fresh lime juice: 30 ml (1 fl oz)
🍯 Simple or jaggery syrup: 15 ml (0.5 fl oz)
🫘 Aquafaba or egg white (optional, for foam): 15 ml (0.5 fl oz)
🧂 Pinch of kala namak or sea salt (optional)

Preparation
1️⃣ (If using aquafaba/egg white) Dry-shake whisky, tamarind, lime, and syrup 10–12 s.
2️⃣ Add ice and shake hard 10–12 s until well-chilled.
3️⃣ Fine-strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice (or into a coupe, no ice).
