Description

Ingredients
🥛 Plain full-fat yogurt, chilled: 300 ml (1¼ cups / 10 fl oz)
💧 Cold water (or soda water for extra fizz): 150–200 ml (⅔–¾ cup / 5–7 fl oz)
🧂 Fine salt: ¼–½ tsp (1.5–3 g), to taste
🌿 Roasted cumin powder: ½ tsp (1.5 g)
⚫ Black pepper, a pinch (optional)
🌿 Fresh mint leaves, chopped: 1 tbsp (3 g)
❄️ Ice cubes: 4–6
🍋 Lemon juice (optional brightness): 1–2 tsp (5–10 ml)
Preparation
1️⃣ Add 🥛 yogurt, 💧 water/soda, 🧂 salt, 🌿 cumin, ⚫ pepper (if using), and 🍋 lemon (optional) to a blender.
2️⃣ Blend 30–40 s until frothy. Add ❄️ ice and pulse a few times.
3️⃣ Pour into a chilled glass and top with 🌿 mint.
