Ingredients
🍌 Ripe banana: 120 g (4.2 oz)
🖤 Toasted black sesame seeds: 20 g (2 tbsp / 0.7 oz)
🥛 Milk or soy milk: 240 ml (1 cup / 8 fl oz)
🍯 Honey or maple syrup: 15 ml (1 tbsp / 0.5 fl oz)
🍨 Optional thicker version: plain yogurt 60 g (1/4 cup / 2.1 oz)
Preparation
1️⃣ Lightly toast black sesame seeds in a dry pan for 1–2 min until fragrant; cool.
2️⃣ Add milk, banana, sesame, honey (and kinako/yogurt if using) to a blender.
3️⃣ Blend until completely smooth; add ice and blend again.
4️⃣ Taste and adjust sweetness. Serve immediately.
