Advice
If apricots are firm, microwave them 20–30 sec to soften—blends silkier and releases more aroma.
Why it works
Apricot acidity + lemon keeps flavor vivid; yogurt adds creamy body and gentle tang; a pinch of salt sharpens fruit notes without extra sugar.
Twist
Breakfast boost: blend in 20 g (¼ cup) quick oats for fiber and a thicker shake.
Status
Creamy, sunny, apricot-forward—this Kajsija Jogurt tastes like July in a glass. #grannyzen #balkansmoothie 🍑🥤
