  • 🥛 Milk or cold water: 120 ml (½ cup / 4 fl oz)
  • 🍯 Honey (to taste): 15 g (1 tbsp / 0.5 oz)
  • 🍋 Fresh lemon juice: 10 ml (2 tsp / 0.34 fl oz)
  • 🌰 Toasted almonds: 20 g (2 tbsp / 0.7 oz)
  • 🧂 Salt: pinch (≈0.5 g / ⅛ tsp)
  • 🧊 Ice cubes: 6–8 (≈1 cup)
  • 🌿 Ground cinnamon (optional): 0.6 g (¼ tsp / 0.02 oz)

Preparation

  • 1️⃣ Add figs, yogurt, milk/water, honey, lemon juice, almonds, and salt to a blender; blend until very smooth.
