Ingredients
For the fish:
π 4 white fish fillets (like cod, trout, or hake)
π§ 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
π« 2 tbsp olive oil
π Juice of Β½ lemon
π§ Salt, pepper, and a pinch of your favorite seasoning blend
For the potato salad:
π₯ 600 g potatoes
π§ 1 small red onion (thinly sliced)
π« 3 tbsp olive oil
π Juice of 1 lemon (or 1 tbsp vinegar)

Preparation
