Ingredients

  • 🍌 2 ripe bananas
  • 🥚 2 eggs
  • 🌾 100g oat flour (or blended oats)
  • 🌸 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 🧂 1 pinch salt
  • 🧈 Butter or oil for cooking

Preparation

  • 1. 🥣 Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  • 2. 🥄 Add eggs, vanilla, and salt. Whisk together.
  • 3. 🌾 Stir in oat flour until you get a thick batter.
