Preparation

• Brew the rosehip tea 🌹 Steep 12 g dried rosehip tea (3 tbsp / 0.42 oz) in 350 ml hot water (1½ cups / 12 fl oz) for 10 min. Strain and chill completely before using.
• Mix the ruby base ❤ In a jug, combine chilled rosehip tea, pomegranate juice, lemon juice, honey, and a tiny pinch of salt. Stir for 20 sec until the honey dissolves and the base looks glossy.
• Wake the mint 🌿 Clap the mint leaves gently between your palms to release aroma. Add them to the jug and stir once. Do not crush them too much, so the drink stays clean and elegant.
• Build over ice 🧊 Fill 4 tall glasses with crushed ice. Pour the rosehip pomegranate base evenly into each glass, filling them about halfway.
• Add the sparkle ✨ Top each glass with very cold sparkling water. Stir once from bottom to top with a long spoon, just enough to blend without losing the bubbles.
• Garnish and serve 🍋 Finish each glass with lemon wheels, pomegranate seeds, mint, and rosehip or edible rose petals if using. Serve immediately while cold, fizzy, and bright.
