Ingredients

• 🥒 2 large cucumbers
• 🧀 200g cream cheese (or goat cheese)
• 🌿 1 tbsp fresh dill or chives, finely chopped
• 🧄 1 small garlic clove, minced (optional)
• 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste
• 🍋 A few drops of lemon juice
• 🌶️ Chili flakes or paprika (optional, for topping)

Preparation

• 🥄 In a bowl, mix cream cheese with herbs, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
• 🔪 Using a vegetable peeler or mandoline, slice cucumbers lengthwise into long, thin ribbons.
• 🧀 Place a small amount of filling at one end of each slice and roll tightly.
• 🌿 Arrange on a serving plate, seam side down. Sprinkle with chili flakes or extra herbs if desired.
• ❄ Chill for 10–15 minutes before serving for best texture.
