🍝🥓 Creamy Pasta with Bacon & Mushrooms – Pure Comfort on a Plate

Ingredients

• 🍝 300 g pasta (fusilli, penne, tagliatelle – your choice)
• 🥓 150 g smoked bacon (cut into thin strips)
• 🍄 200 g mushrooms (sliced)
• 🧄 1 garlic clove (minced)
• 🧈 1 tbsp butter
• 🥛 200 ml cooking cream
• 🧀 50 g grated Parmesan (or similar hard cheese)
• 🌿 Chopped parsley to garnish
• 🧂 Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

1. 1️⃣ Cook the 🍝 pasta in salted water until al dente.
2. 2️⃣ In a dry skillet, fry the 🥓 bacon until crispy. Set aside.
3. 3️⃣ In the same pan, add 🧈 butter and sauté 🍄 mushrooms with 🧄 garlic until golden.
4. 4️⃣ Add 🥛 cream and 🧀 Parmesan. Stir until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
5. 5️⃣ Toss in the pasta and half the bacon – coat everything well.
6. 6️⃣ Plate and top with the rest of the bacon and a sprinkle of 🌿 parsley.
